Kiiza Saddam Hussein specializes in energy, natural resources and oil & gas.
His work involves a broad range of corporate & commercial advisory services in oil and gas contracting focusing on negotiating and structuring energy and oil and gas agreements, advising on contractual risk management amongst various contracting parties, acquisition and disposal of upstream oil and gas interests, dispute resolution and management, renewable energy, and advising on legal and regulatory compliance on all energy related transactions. Kiiza also possesses expertise in environmental aspects and health and safety in the oil and gas sector. He is also experienced in litigation and has undertaken specialized training in trial advocacy, international arbitration and interest-based negotiation and International trade. Kiiza holds a Bachelor of Laws degree of Islamic University in Uganda Kampala, Certificate in Oil and Gas Law from East African center for oil gas law, Globalization studies from University of Cambridge and a Postgraduate Diploma in Institute of legal practice and development, Rwanda and currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Oil and Gas Law and professional skills at Aberdeen University-UK.
